Sun-Dried Tomatoes from Napa Nuts are a unique experience.  Instead of them being too dry to have any flavor, or soaked in oil which adds fat, ours have just the right amount of moisture.  Our Sun-Dried Tomatoes are packed with flavor and all of the antioxidants normally found in tomatoes.  These are a great addition to pasta dishes, pesto sauces and pasta salads.
